Claims
Damaged/ lost goods; claims must be received in writing within 7 days from receipt.

Madongifts.co.uk accept no responsibility when acting on the instructions of a customer for any infringement whatsoever of copyright or registered design.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Orders
Order processing takes place Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs will be added to all orders according to the applicable rate for delivery zone. Delivery prices are quoted for UK delivery only.
Deliveries
Most of our orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail (Untracked) service or by Courier. Although we undertake to dispatch goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or time we only give an estimated time based on the Royal Mail and other carrier’s guidelines. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. When your parcel has been despatched using the Royal Mail/other carriers, deliveries are based on their rules and conditions for delivery. If your parcel is lost (delayed for guaranteed deliveries) you may be entitled to compensation based upon the terms and conditions under which the Royal Mail/other carriers operate. Items sent by Premium Delivery, Super Saver, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date. For a signed for service 10 working days.
We shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts or civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
We deliver to the delivery address that you provide us with at the time of ordering, this is the delivery address that is on the order placed on The Madongifts.co.uk website, so please check your details carefully. Delivery is made to an address not to a stated person.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery.
Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
PO Box Deliveries
Mad on Gifts does not have a delivery option that serves PO boxes.
Force majeure
Madongifts.co.uk accept no responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond their control.
International
In the unlikely event of a dispute, all claims to be resolved under English law.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Images
Due to the nature of the internet and the resolution at which it renders images, our products may vary slightly in colour from the images displayed on Madongifts.co.uk. Rest assured our products look even better in real life and we are confident that you will be delighted with our products.
Comments, Mentions, Feedback, Reviews and other user content
You give permission for us to use comments, mentions, feedback, reviews and other content, including images, which may mention or show our brand, products, premises or staff, whether provided directly to us or via social media, review sites, our website, other websites or print medium with no obligation for us to attribute or compensate. We also reserve the right to remove content at our discretion, or where that content is hosted on third party sites, ask for the content to be removed.

Prices where quoted are per single item unless otherwise stated.
Cart Reminders and Email Communication
By opening an account with us you agree to us contacting you regarding Shopping Cart additions and other business issues regarding purchases from us.
Promotional Codes – (Coupons / Voucher Codes / Promo Codes)
Promotional codes are individual offers and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated. Our codes are limited offers and expire on their published date. Mad on Gifts reserves the right to withdraw offers and promotions at any time without prior notice. Not valid on sale items.
Out of Stock Items
We try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible, however we do not have a real time system. Stock levels can change rapidly. We will notify you on any out of stock items within 48 hours of us receiving your order.
Other Terms
All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. It’s the user’s responsibility to ensure they act within the laws of the UK and the user’s respective territories.
From the time of despatch of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
